Usage counts

Nabdah counts how often a few controls are used. On for every workspace: numbers, not activity.

What is counted

Per staff member, per day, one number for each, nothing else:

A list filter changed
A keyboard shortcut used
A list row selected
A side-panel action
A first-time hint closed
A Home panel opened
A task finished in a Home panel
A task finished on a Home row
A Home panel moved to the next task
How soon the first Home action came
The page Home was left for

How soon the first Home action came: within 10 seconds, within 30 seconds, within a minute, after a minute.

The page Home was left for: the Inbox, Revenue cycle, Records, Front desk, Nursing, Home care, Pharmacy, Billing, Schedule, Patients, Visits, Services, Pricing, Reports, Settings, Help, another page.

E.g. “selected a row 40 times on 13 September”.

What is not collected

No patient, claim, authorisation, denial or payment: no record number, no reference, no national ID, no name, and nothing typed. No time of day, click sequence, IP address or device. The table has no column for these, and refuses anyone outside the workspace's staff and anything outside the controls above.
